We comply with trade and export control laws
Our shared responsibility
Acting in a World That Never Stands Still, we comply with all export, trade and customs, sanctions, and anti-boycott laws wherever we operate. Before transferring goods, software, services, or technology across borders, we ensure the transactions are lawful and authorized.
Why it matters
International trade laws protect national security and global stability. Violations can lead to severe fines, criminal penalties, loss of export privileges, and serious reputational harm. Participating in unlawful boycotts can also expose Omterra to legal consequences.
How we energize with integrity
We comply with trade and export control laws by:
- Ensuring goods, software, and technology are properly classified and reviewed for license requirements.
- Stopping transactions if there are signs of illegal or prohibited use.
- Refusing unlawful boycott requests.
