Zero tolerance for retaliation
Omterra does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who speaks up in good faith or cooperates in an investigation. Retaliation may include:
- Threats or intimidation
- Termination or demotion
- Harassment or exclusion
- Reduced pay or hours
Anyone who engages in retaliation will face disciplinary action. If you believe you have experienced or witnessed retaliation, report it immediately.

Question: A customer invited me and my manager to a World Cup match. I am not sure if this is okay, but I am also concerned that if I speak up, my boss will know it’s me and retaliate. What should I do?
Answer: You should report your concerns through our dedicated reporting channels. You can do this anonymously, if you wish. Omterra does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
