We interact appropriately with government and public officials
Our shared responsibility
When we interact with government customers or public officials, we act with integrity and comply with the law.
Why it matters
Government contracts often involve public money and scrutiny. Errors, false statements, or improper conduct can lead to fines, loss of the contract, and exclusion from future work. Misconduct can also damage our reputation. We protect Omterra by acting honestly and carefully in all government-related work.
How we energize with integrity
We interact appropriately with government and public officials by:
- Following all government bidding and contracting rules.
- Providing complete and truthful information in bids, reports, and certifications.
- Never submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information.
- Informing Legal and Compliance immediately if we receive a government request, subpoena, audit notice, or investigation inquiry.
- Preserving all relevant documents and records.
