Political activity can create legal risk and damage trust. We protect Omterra by keeping company political activity lawful, transparent, and separate from personal political activity.

We engage in political activities responsibly by:
- Staying politically neutral.
- Not using company money, assets, or work time for political contributions without approval.
- Ensuring that only approved lobbying activities are performed on behalf of Omterra.
- Not referencing or representing Omterra when engaging in personal political activities

Political contribution:
Money or support given to a political party, candidate, or campaign.
Lobbying:
Speaking with public officials to influence laws or public policy or engaging third parties to do so.

Question: A government representative requests a political donation to secure a public contract. Can I do that?
Answer: No. We never offer political support to improperly win business or gain advantage.
