We deliver safe, quality products
Our shared responsibility
We design, build, and deliver products and services that meet all applicable safety and quality standards. We keep our technical promises and never compromise safety, reliability, or compliance to meet deadlines, or reduce costs. Our actions are grounded in a moving world.
Why it matters
Our technologies power critical infrastructure around the world. Product failures can put people at risk, damage the environment, and disrupt essential services. They can also lead to legal action, financial loss, and harm to our reputation. We protect customers, communities, and Omterra by building safety and quality into our work.
How we energize with integrity
We deliver safe, quality products by:
- Following all applicable safety, security, engineering, and quality requirements.
- Performing required testing, inspections, and documentation accurately and completely.
- Never falsifying or altering test results, certifications, or technical records.
- Reporting suspected defects, nonconformances, security breaches, and safety concerns immediately.
- Stopping work and escalating the issue if product safety or quality is at risk.
