We speak up

Speaking up protects our employees and our company and helps us live our values. If you see or suspect misconduct, unsafe behavior, or a violation of this Code, you have the responsibility to speak up. Your responsibility to speak up is always on.

You do not need to be certain that a violation occurred. If something does not seem right, ask questions or report it. Early reporting allows us to address issues before they worsen. We encourage open dialogue. Speaking up is an act of leadership and integrity.
