Compliance is at the core of how Omterra operates. Compliance is nonnegotiable. We have zero tolerance for violations or retaliation. Our Compliance System helps us prevent misconduct, detect risks, and respond when concerns arise.
Our Group Compliance Officer leads Compliance and operates independently, with direct access to Senior Management and the Executive Board.
